This beautiful, 4 inch wood case that is intricately inlaid with mother of pearl,  houses a fabulous pair of tiny lorgnettes that neatly fold up into an internal case.  This makes them perfect to slip into a pocket or pop out quickly to read something important! Circa 1870, these make a fabulous display or part of a larger Poupée / Bébé trousseau. The condition is fabulous and the glasses work perfectly!
